Event supervisor

Event supervisors carry responsibility and make sure character performances run fluently. They're equipped with radio devices to manage hazardous situations and emergencies. This role requires experience with character events. This role may be unavailable at certain events.

Video camera operator

Video camera operators record the whole event or parts of it for everyone to enjoy afterwards. This role may be unavailable at certain events and is typically restricted to a very limited amount of attendees.

First time attendee

First time attendees are new to character events or are not experienced enough for other roles yet. This role may be unavailable at certain events and is typically restricted to a very limited amount of attendees.

Administer first aid

Attendees with this option checked have a medical education of some sort and are able to administer first aid in cases of emergency.

Take pictures

Attendees with this option checked intend to take pictures of the whole event or parts of it.

Join dinner

Attendees with this option checked intend to join the dinner in the restaurant mentioned on the corresponding event details page, if applicable.
